AEOTEROA

Landscape photography is my favourite genre of photography. It's simple, and conveys a refined message of beauty and function. Landscapes can be naturally crafted or built by humans. It is the oldest subject of photography, the roots to painting are also undeniable in a historical context. In my landscape images I wanted to capture the simplicity of nature and it’s untouched beauty.

I jumped over a fence, walked through a field and took these photographs before these huge bulls galloped away. Just near Fox Glacier in the South Island of New Zealand. The dark luscious grass, dusted freshly with light rain hours before created an unrecognizable backdrop for the waterlogged bulls.
